The Bride of the Sea

In a coastal Gulf village, a young girl learns the ancient, rhythmic pearl-diving songs from her grandmother. These songs, once used by her ancestors to navigate the sea, become a map of the reefs and oyster beds. When a sudden storm traps her uncle's pearling crew at sea, the girl uses the hidden knowledge within the songs to guide the rescue boats to their location, saving the sailors.
